The statement archive on CD is intended for all participants in payment transactions receiving daily reports on the flow of funds in their accounts in the form of paper statements. This service replaces the pile of paper statements with a single CD containing the images of statements for a requested period, data and a search program. It takes less than 10 seconds to find the desired statement, which you can print, fax or send by e-mail.

The CD with statements enables searching by all elements of the statement: payer, account name, amounts on the credit and debit sides of the statement, statement date and credit or debit reference number.

You can request statements for the period from 1996 on, depending on which FINA’s business unit kept your account.

Using the CD requires no additional installation. All you need is a computer with a CD reader and a Windows operating system.

The CD replaces the paper statements, which means you are no longer required to retain statements in paper form.
