By accessing the InfoFINA service, the user receives voice information about the user's gyro account balance, fax statement at request, automatic fax statement, fax statement within the same call, statement in form of modem file, e-mail statement.
Bank clients having accounts in banks for which FINA performs payment transaction activities in the name and on behalf of banks (bank cooperation model I and II) or bank clients with which FINA has agreed provision of the said service (model III) may become users of the InfoFINA service.
The InfoFINA service is accessed by completing the Application for Access to InfoFINA Service.
With InfoFINA SMS, information may be received on your mobile phone display via SMS. Any legal entity or natural person having a gyro account with a bank, using a FINA unit's services and having a mobile telephone in either the 098 or the 091 network (or another network supporting SMS messages) may become a user of the InfoFINA SMS service.
The completed Service Activation Application should be delivered to your FINA office. The service will be activated on the next business day following the day you submit the Application.
