Subscriber Registration and Submission of Certificate Applications

The registration and Digital Certificate issuing procedure is conducted at Fina’s Registration Offices after the required documents have been submitted. The issuance of any Digital Certificate is conditional upon registration at Fina PKI.

If you are already using a Fina digital certificate, you are already registered in the PKI system. In this case, you only need to submit the documents required for certificate issuance. If your data has changed since the initial registration, please provide the updated data when submitting your certificate issuance documents.

What documents need to be submitted for certificate issuance?

You will choose the type of certificate based on its intended use. The type of Certificate Application and Subscriber Agreement depends on the selected type of certificate you are requesting.

A separate Subscriber Agreement must be signed for each issued certificate. This Agreement is made for an indefinite period and applies to every subsequent renewal of the issued certificate. In other words, a single Subscriber can have multiple certificates and will enter into a separate Subscriber Agreement for each one. Such Agreement applies only to the renewal of certificates.
