Subscriber registration and submission of certificate applications

The registration and Digital Certificate issuing procedure is conducted at Fina’s Registration Authorities after the required documents have been submitted. The issuance of any Digital Certificate is conditional upon registration at Fina PKI.

If you are already using a Fina Digital Certificate, you have already registered in the PKI system. In that case, you only need to provide the documents required for certificate issuance. In case data have changed since the initial registration, please provide actual data when submitting your certificate issuance documents.

Which documents need to be submitted to be issued a certificate?

You will select a certificate type according to its intended purpose. The type of the Certificate Application and the Subscriber Agreement depends on the selected type of certificate you are requesting to be issued.

A separate Subscriber Agreement must be signed for each issued certificate. Such Agreement is entered into on an indefinite basis and applies to each following renewal of the issued certificate. In other words, a single Subscriber may have several certificates and will in such case enter into a separate Subscriber Agreement for each certificate. Such Agreement only applies to a certificate being renewed.
