Cash Deposits and Withdrawals
Our branches offer cash deposit and withdrawal services for clients of all banks. Simply complete a payment or withdrawal order, using forms HUB 3 or HUB 3A. For cash withdrawals, identification with an ID card or passport is required. If you're a client of the associated banks, separate orders are needed for depositing and withdrawing banknotes and coins.

Day-Night Vaults
Our day-night vaults provide a secure way to deposit cash into your transaction account. This service is available at any of our 98 locations, as long as you have an open transaction account with any bank. We provide all necessary equipment, including keys, magnetic cards, bags, cassettes, and uniquely numbered and barcoded secure plastic bags. Cash deposited into the vaults during the afternoon, night, or the following morning is processed on the next working day.
Currency Exchange
Visit any of our branches to exchange coins for banknotes, banknotes for coins, or for denomination exchanges. Exchanges are available for both sorted cash by denomination and unsorted coins.
The fee for exchanging sorted cash or unsorted coins is 1.80% of the total amount exchanged, with no VAT applied. The minimum fee is 0.64 EUR.
Clients can sign a contract for regular cash exchange services and pay the fee monthly through non-cash transactions. For large exchanges, please notify the branch in advance to ensure availability of the required amounts and denominations.
