Register for Concession Registry

Entities eligible for registration in the Concession Registry are both parties signatory to the concession agreement. The concession grantor is required to submit a copy of the concession agreement and its annex, within 10 days from the date of signing the agreement, to the following address: Ministry of Finance, Concession Registry, Katančićeva 5, 10000 Zagreb.

Any changes to the concession agreement must be submitted by the concession grantor within 10 days from the date of agreement to the same address at the Ministry of Finance.

Review the data from the Concession Registry

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia and other ministries have the authority to access all data from the Concession Registry. Counties, cities, municipalities, and concession beneficiaries have the authority to access all data from their respective agreements. Concessionaires are allowed to review data from all their concession agreements.

Access to public data

Through the Public Data Overview application, the following information is freely available: name and OIB (Personal Identification Number) of the concession grantor, name/title and OIB of the concession beneficiary/concessionaire, start and end date of concession realization, name (type) of the concession, location of concession realization, and the valid coefficient for calculating the concession fee.

If you want access to all data from the Concession Registry, it is necessary to subscribe to a service that includes the issuance of digital certificates. If you have a Fina certificate on a cryptographic device (USB stick), feel free to access the application.
