Register of Digital Certificates

Fina is the first Qualified Trust Service Provider in Croatia, issuing digital certificates for the public and being registered in the Records of Certification Service Providers in the Republic of Croatia maintained by the central state administration body competent for economic affairs. Fina performs Digital Certificate issuing services in accordance with the Electronic Signature Act and the EU Regulation on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.

For the purpose of providing Certification services in Croatia, Fina has established through its Register of Digital Certificates a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including the following Certification Authorities (CA):

  • Fina Root CA;
  • Fina RDC CA 2015 and Fina RDC 2020 – for citizens and business entities and
  • Fina RDC-TDU CA 2015 – for state administration bodies.

For testing purposes, Fina has established a Demo Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including the following Certification Authorities (CA):

  • Fina Demo Root CA – for testing purposes
  • Fina Demo CA 2020 – for testing purposes and
  • Fina Demo CA 2014 – for testing purposes.
