No fees / lowest fees
FINA has agreements with a number of utility service providers, by which the end user – FINA’s client – is relieved of any fees for the bills issued, while the rates for other bills paid at FINA are also the best.
A fee of 4.80 HRK is payable for bills up to the amount of 494.85 HRK, and a fee of 0.97 % of the amount paid is payable on bills exceeding 494.85 HRK, but no more than 75 HRK in any event.
SEPA direct debit
SEPA direct debit is a payment service in kunas for implementation of charging the payers’ accounts (either natural persons or business entities), which is initiated by the payee (business entity) based on the consent provided to it by the payer.
A prerequisite for implementing SEPA direct debit is the consent given by the payer to the payee.
By signing the SEPA Consent for Basic Direct Payments, you agree that a recipient of funds can send your bank orders for a SEPA direct debit, which will charge a transaction to your account in accordance with the amount specified within the consent.
At the Fina branch offices, you can sign the SEPA Consent for Business direct debit for these payment recipients:

A payer is a natural person or business entity whose account is charged a certain amount by the payee (business entity).
The payee is a business entity that initiates a payment based on the consent of the payer.
