Fee for using e-Auction

If you use the e-Auction service in your own name, then you do not have to pay a fee to use the service.

If you use the e-Auction service on behalf of another person (individual/citizen or business entity) based on a power of attorney, then a fee is charged for each additional authorization. The fee for each additional authorization is calculated as a one-time charge for the billing period in which the authorization is registered (month).

The fee for each additional authorization is 3.32 EUR (price does not include VAT).

Example of calculation: If a user registers 10 additional authorizations in one month, a fee will be charged for that month: 10 authorizations x 3.32 EUR = total 33.20 EU. The fee is paid on an invoice basis.

If you already have digital certificates on the Fina crypto device (Fina e-card/USB stick), you can use them to access e-Auction.

Certificate Issuance Fees

*The fee of 6.64 EUR + VAT / monthly includes access to other Fina e-services and services of government agencies and public services, such as: e-Regos, RGFI via web, WEB BON, Concession Register, e-Payment, e-Tax, e-HZMO and e-Health, e-Blocks, e-Auction.

**The fee of 51.76 EUR + VAT / yearly includes access to services of government agencies and public services: e-Tax, e-Pension, e-Health, e-Customs, and e-Mail.

Business and personal certificates on the crypto device are issued for a 2-year period.

A one-time registration in Fina PKI is done only once, for the first issuance of a certificate.

*If no one from your business entity has used Fina's digital certificates before, then it is necessary to register the business entity in the PKI system.
