Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing: Personal data collected by this Application are processed in order to comply with the legal obligations of the processing manager (Art. 6.1.c of the General Data Protection Regulation), and in accordance with the national and European legal framework (eIDAS Regulation, Law on the Implementation of the eIDAS Regulation, etc.). The data is processed for the purpose of providing certification services and these are relevant to Fina in the role of processing manager and certification service provider (Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Recipients of personal data: Personal data collected by this Application are not available to other recipients. Pursuant to the regulations and the certification rules, the personal data listed in the certificate (name, last name, Personal Identification Number (Cro. Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB) and email address) are publicly disclosed in the certificate.

Storage of personal data: Personal data will be kept for at least 10 years after any certificate based on these data ceases to be valid.

Rights of respondents: The respondent has the right to demand from Fina an access, correction, deletion, transfer and limitation of data processing and to file a complaint against the related personal data processing, assuming that the prescribed conditions are fulfilled. Requests for foregoing rights can be submitted in any business unit of Fina, in writing to the address of the Head of Personal Data Processing or to the e-mail address of the Data Protection Officer.

Objection to the processing of personal data:  The respondent has the right to submit a complaint about the processing of personal data to the supervisory authority - the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (cro. Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka), at the address Selska cesta 136, 10 000 Zagreb or at the e-mail address azop@azop.hr.
